CryoToning is a type of cryoskin treatment that focuses mainly on treating loose skin and signs of aging by utilizing cold temperatures. The procedure is non-invasive and absolutely painless. It lasts about 30 minutes to an hour. There is no downtime, and therefore you can return to your daily chores immediately after treatment. How Does CryoToning Work?


CryoToning involves the use of a wand device that is managed by a computerized system to ensure a rapid warming and cooling process while preventing damage to the surrounding skin tissue. Your technician massages your skin with this particular device at cold temperatures not below -2C.

Toning occurs as a result of thermal shock, which is an alternate process between skin warming and cooling that is produced by the technician’s warm hand and the cooling device. Thermal shock increases oxygenated blood flow to the dermal layer of the skin, thereby boosting collagen and elastin production. This in turn helps to build up the skin, thus making it firmer, toner, and smoother with an overall improvement in texture.

How Quickly Will I See Results?

How Long Do Those Results Last?

Depending on the individual’s lifestyle, health, and diet, results generally last at least several months.  We recommend at least 2 to 3 treatments every 6 months to maintain results.

How Do I Prepare for a CryoSlimming Treatment?

Follow the guidelines below prior to having a CryoToning session.

1  Consult with your physician prior to a treatment.

2  Drink enough water in order to stay hydrated.

3  Avoid heavy activities that can increase your body temperature at least 1 hour before a session.

4  Avoid skin exfoliation on the treated area.

5  Avoid skin products that can cause skin irritation.

6  For laser hair removal and waxing, wait until the treated area is fully healed before a session.

7  For Botox, wait at least 4 weeks before a treatment.

8  For dermal filler, wait at least 3 months before treatment.

How Often Can I Get CryoToning Treatment?

Generally, one treatment every 7 days is more than enough for CryoToning and CryoFacial. For CryoSliming, one treatment every 2 weeks is recommended.

Is CryoToning Painful?

CryoToning treatment is absolutely painless, and many people find it relaxing with the warming sensation from the technician’s hand.  However, you do experience a localized cold sensation that is similar to an ice cube moving across the treatment area.  If the sensation becomes too cold, your technician will shift to a different area until you are ready to continue.

CryoToning is generally considered safe.  The treatment device is managed by a computerized system for temperature control and safety.  However, people with sensitive skin can experience mild skin redness or irritation for several hours following a treatment.  In rare cases, numbness and tingling can occur.  On the other hand, CryoToning is not recommended for pregnant women or people with the following conditions:
